Why sleep helps you lose weight?

Recommended hours of rest may never be less than seven and not above nine.
If you sleep fewer hours and are used to physical exercise, the muscles fail to regenerate and therefore do not recover. So you can keep practicing and you develop muscle exercise properly, you should sleep more than 7 hours.



Also when the break is inadequate usually we eat worse during the day, because we have the feeling of being tired , which is often confused with hunger. We are also more likely to not respect the meal times.

It can happen sometimes that some days you do not get enough sleep and do not respect times, nothing happens.
